Responsibilities:

Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail and general emails.
Ordering of equipment, materials and office supplies.
Minute taking for Board, team meetings and other meetings as required.
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counselling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analysing exit interviews; recommending changes.


Requirements:

Minimum Qualification : HND/BSC
Years of Experience : 3 years
Professional qualification is added advantage
