Applications are invited from QUALIFIED APPLICANTS ONLY for the post of an HR/Admin Manager on behalf of our client. The HR/Administrative Manager will provide support to office operations by performing a variety of standard administrative processes ensuring high quality and accuracy of work.
He or she will works in close collaboration with the Operations, and marketing staff to exchange information and ensure consistent service delivery

Job Description:
Summary of Key Functions:
• Checking and recording of vehicle daily log and fuel consumption, update and maintenance of vehicle history report.
• Custodian for management of office stationery supplies including maintenance of stock list of stationery, distribution of stationery as required by staff and keeping a log of distribution.
• Maintenance of the filing system ensuring safekeeping of confidential materials.
• Follow up on deadlines, commitments made, actions taken and coordination of collection and submission of the reports of other units to the MD
• Assistance in the preparation of budget, provision of information for audit.
• Maintenance of files and records relevant to office maintenance
• Arrangements of travel and hotel reservations, preparation of travel authorizations, processing requests for identity cards and other documents. Arrangement of vehicle transportation, regular vehicle maintenance and insurance.
• Provision of support to maintenance of common premises and common services
• Implementing the company’s HR strategies/policies and procedures.
• Carry out staff training program, recruitment, staff benefits, administration and compensation.
• Processing the monthly payroll and must ensure all allowances which are due are promptly settled.
• Ensure all receipts are banked
• Monthly preparation of financial reports

Requirement:
HND/B.Sc in Management or Social Science Discipline
Minimum of 5yrs working experience preferably in the Printing Industry
