Our client, is the inventor of modern skincare headquartered in Hamburg, Germany, with over seventeen thousand employees worldwide, due to continued success and expansion, we are looking to recruit head of sales to advance the company’s market position.

Job Objective
The ideal candidate will develop and deliver commercial strategies and tactics for profitable revenue growth within various channels, and ensure that sales volumes are achieved according to agreed sales plan. The position is also responsible for collaborating in the design of business development initiatives to sell products and identify viable business opportunities within the existing customer base.

The ideal candidate must be able to monitor and oversee all the re-distribution activities of sales function and ensure that all set sales target and deliverables are met in line with specified timelines. He or she must also be able to manage performance, contracting, coaching, training and ensure Key Account Managers manages assigned accounts and territory effectively.


Key Accountabilities
Responsible for sales, new business development, negotiations and commercial contracts in line with proposed budgeted growth.

Responsible and accountable for developing and executing business strategies to deliver growth in accordance with strategic plans.

Responsible for the management of Account Management team with the responsibility of coordinating sales effectiveness to assigned channels.



Qualifications

· Bachelor degree in Marketing or Management preferably an MBA.

· Minimum five years of sales management experience in redistribution.
