Job Summary
This role has responsibilities for leading business development and market channel initiatives as well as managing and retaining existing clients. He/she will also be responsible for developing business strategies aimed at increased revenue generation for the company.

Primary Responsibilities
• Marketing of the core and additional services of the company such as legal, real estate, consulting.
• Prospect for new clients by networking, on-line marketing, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
• Plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company.
• Develop a rapport with new clients, and set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship.
• Manage and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.
• Liaise with head of units to develop business strategies for the company and review business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and channels.
• Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Strategic planning, this requires a thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services the company can provide, and of the company’s competitors.
• Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
