Job Responsibilities:
. Grow, develop and Manage all units in the Academy which includes ILT, e - learning and Recruitment
. Ensure excellent Customer Knowledge, development and delivery of proactive market changing initiatives and loyalty programs
. Ensure a strong faculty of Facilitators with no single point of failure
. Ensure excellent Course Delivery, development of well profiled high quality database of IT and Project Management skills
. Ensure excellent turnaround time and high success rate of recruitment
. Ensure effective management of outsourced staff
Interested Candidates must be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of good learning design and management of learning. He/she must have experience working with clients in a business context supporting them in the use of learning technologies.
Job Specification: Candidate must have a good first degree with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role with IT Professional Certification.
