if u are using internet explorer click on continue to this website and you are gud to go.....if you are using mozilla click on i understand the risk, add exception and continue on it.
@shikashi1 under your address in the application form you will see a field where there is region.....you can input your region there

@ el-dega, i put south-east there but it rejected it so i had to put abia and it accepted it, so its abia the correct one?

pls sum 1 help me. I aplied witout location, when i wanted to edit it, it was'nt going. So i withdraw the application. To apply again they said i hav applied b4 that i cant apply again. Pls can i use anoda emai to aply again?
