POSITION: ACCOUNT ASSISTANT

LOCATION: UYO
Job Description Provides management with financial information by researching and analyzing accounts; preparing financial statements Key Responsibilities Prepares consolidated internal and external financial statements by gathering and analyzing information from the general ledger system and from departments. Maintains and balances an automated consolidation system by inputting data; scheduling required jobs; verifying data. Analyzes information and options by developing spreadsheet reports; verifying information. Prepares general ledger entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts. Prepares payments by accruing expenses; assigning account numbers; requesting disbursements; reconciling accounts. Skills/Qualifications 1-2 Years experience in accounting Minimum of OND in accounting & related field Must possess the following skills- Reporting Skills, Deadline-Oriented, Time Management, Attention to Detail, Confidentiality, PC Proficiency, Productivity, Verbal Communication, General Math Skills POSITION: OFFICE ASSISTANT LOCATION: UYO Responsibilities: · General office administrative tasks like filing of document · Assist with purchasing of office supplies and assisting the Personal Assistant to the MD during company events, staff meetings and company wide retreats. · Answer Phone · Use Microsoft word and Excel · Assist in monitoring cleanness of the entire office, including lunch-room and meeting rooms and report where necessary action needs to be taken.
