The Program is designed for motivated, driven and dedicated individuals who possess excellent communication skills, leadership potential and an above average academic record. As a employee, Graduate Trainees undergo a 3 month training program including Personal Development, Leadership Development and On-the-job Training which will provide graduates with a solid foundation from which to build their careers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Following orders of the seniors and producing good work.
Learning on the job and accumulating as much experience and practical knowledge as possible.
Help the managers and heads of the divisions in various functions.
Keep up with the latest developments in the field of work.
Developing decision making, analyzing and troubleshooting skills while on the job.
Make a record and document all that that trainee has learn for future reference.
