Workforce Management Centre is inviting successful candidates for the next stage of its assessment process which is Aptitude Test. The invitation is for the First Bank Graduate Recruitment 2013.

The invitation sms will direct you to an online link that has this information:

Further to your application for the First Bank Graduate Trainee Programme, we are pleased to inform you that you have been shortlisted to write an Ability Test.
Log in with the GSM number or email address with which you received our message to get all the necessary test information.
When you log in, you will be required to upload your passport photograph and CV. Kindly have it handy before you attempt to retrieve your test details.
You are required to print a copy of your test details after you have uploaded your passport photograph. Copied: www..com
Please take note of the acceptable passport photograph format below
Passport Photograph Specification
The passport photograph should show a clear, front view of your face. You must be in normal attire, without hat or dark glasses.
Eyeglasses worn on a daily basis can be worn for the photo. Copied: www..com
Please bring the following along to the test centre
Printed copy of the test details
Proof of identification (only National ID Card, International Passport or Driver’s License is acceptable)
You will not be granted entry without a printed copy of this invite showing your uploaded passport photograph.

About the Test
Workforce Ability Test is usually Computer Based Test (CBT) which contains:
Logical Reasoning
Numerical Reasoning
Verbal Reasoning and
General knowledge questions.
I think GMAT should prepare you for this kind of test.
If you applied and never received the invitation sms, be patient and hopeful, meanwhile, you can check online with your GSM number or Email to see if you are shortlisted.

Dont put all the blame on the moderators.
They cant leave their heads and be watching over others people's heads.
You need to know the pessure they are facing in their place of work, you will understand.
We would see how you also would be less busy and have enough time to moderate a site while personal assignment, ur Jobs demand and family obligations are on your necks.
Just appeal to them to try and find time to visit the site as many times they can.
No beefing.
Just wana let you know that it is not that easy when you are working for like 8/9 hours per day.
I know how i use to feel sometimes like to get home and sleep.
sometimes i would feel like not going to office coz of pressure
