Experienced Human Resource Officer Needed Urgently
A reputable registered Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) located in Ikoyi, Lagos and involved in the delivering of health maintenance services is looking to recruit an experienced Human Resource Officer who will be reporting to Head, Human Resources

Major Job Responsibility:
Training
• Responsible for making all internal & external training arrangements for staff training
• Responsible for organizing new hire’s orientation/Induction program
• Monitor employee training hours vis-à-vis training budget/agreed training hours in order to meet set targets
• Responsible for preparing training report (Monthly, Quarterly and annually)

Staff Confirmation
• Responsible for sending reminders to Line Managers and HR Manager to evaluate new staff for confirmation
• Responsible for preparing confirmation letters to send to staff to be confirmed or not to be confirmed

Performance Management
• Responsible for passing information to staff and Manager on 1 on 1
• Responsible for following up with the HR & Line Managers to ensure performance management targets are set on time
• Responsible for administering and analyzing staff appraisals
• Responsible for collating staff training need as stated in staff appraisal documents

Policy Compliance
• Ensure staff compliance to company policy and standard procedures
• Responsible for staff reward and discipline administration
• Organize HR & U sessions

Qualifications required (Compulsory):
 Graduate in social science or humanities

Other Certifications (Nice to have but not compulsory):
 Membership of HR professional body

Work Experience:
Minimum 1 years work experience

Location: Lagos
Salary: N1, 200,000.00 – N1, 500,000.00 per annum
