Overview
Our client is a global skin care brand with over 100 years of experience developing skin care products specifically tailored to local skin care needs in 195 countries around the globe.

Job Purpose
The successful candidates will support the sales teams with KPI tracking, insights on shopper, customer and competition and effectively run customer loyalty program/ Sales Incentive Program.

• Competition tracking
• Customer Management (Distributor/Wholesaler Loyalty)

Requirements

• University degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft office
• Strong understanding of modern retail and General trade operations
• Good experience in analytics
• English language proficiency; written and spoken
• Strong commercial acumen
• Ability to own and lead projects interfacing with cross-functional teams and external agencies
• Strong in Excel and other analytical tools
• Proactive, result-driven, team player and passionate about success
