A new and promising outreach ministry is in search for a spiritually matured, selfless and an organized individual who is bold yet humble in dealing with interpersonal relationships, a focused individual who loves to build a professional career as a calling to the ministry of our Lord Jesus.
You will be required to do the business of the ministry as an executive aid to the Head of the Mission.
Responsibility entails
Maintaining and managing all records of the Outreach which includes; Books of Accounts, Minutes, Exhibits and Legal tenders.
Directly pursue, secure and deal in all the Mission’s business and objectives with external parties and stakeholders
Attend weekly executive meeting filling the position of the executive secretary, taking minutes and giving report of all the business and weekly outcomes of the goals of the Mission
Accompanying the Head to official assignments, visits and event such as evangelism which includes house to house, street evangelism, invitational ministrations, religious events, official meetings etc
Be responsible for web and social media campaigns and relations

Represent the Head in all appearances other than ministration i.e business related activities.
Carry out other assignments as instructed by the Head from time to time.
Your workdays include Saturdays and Sundays with a day off on Tuesday
