Our client is key player in Strategic Human Resources Consulting. It requires the immediate services of the following categories of staff in its employ:

1. Business Development Manager
Location: Port Harcourt

The successful applicant is to head our client’s Port Harcourt office. The responsibilities associated with this position include creating new business opportunities for the organization as well as expanding the existing business portfolio both within and outside his/her region. Other duties include managing clients and supervising the operations of the branch. The job holder should be experienced in managing a fleet of vehicles. S/he will also be required to provide monthly management reports on the state and progress of the branch.

Requirements:
• A good university degree.
• Minimum of 5 years experience, with at least 3 years spent in marketing business solutions to corporate bodies. Experience in a consulting firm or an Outsourcing Service provider will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrable ability to initiate and execute business- to- business marketing (B2B)
• Demonstrable understanding of the Outsourcing industry in Nigeria
• Proven leadership and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Good business acumen, use of initiative and drive.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Client relationship management skills and a high level of energy.



2. Marketing Officer
Location: Port Harcourt
The officer will be responsible for generating businesses for the firm. S/he will contribute to developing, implementing and measuring marketing plans and strategies. S/he will be involved in the production and distribution of marketing materials such as proposals and leaflets. The job holder will also make presentations to prospective clients, visit and monitor clients experience of our services and raise awareness for the company’s services. The position reports directly to the Business Development Manager.
Requirements:
• A good university degree.
• Minimum of 2 years verifiable experience in business-to-business marketing (B2B). Experience in a consulting firm or an Outsourcing Service provider will be an added advantage.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Good business acumen, use of initiative and drive.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Customer Service orientation and a high level of energy.
• Demonstrable understanding of the Outsourcing industry in Nigeria


3. Operations Officer
Location: Port Harcourt
The job holder will be responsible for administering pre-employment tests and ensuring that successful candidates complete their documentation process. S/he will develop and manage an employee record system as stipulated by the firm.
Requirements
• A university degree in Business or Social Sciences.
• 1 year verifiable experience in a similar role. Experience in an Outsourcing firm is an added advantage.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
• Demonstrable detail orientation and analytical skills.
