Effective Management
• Directs and Coordinates all Accounting/Finance functions and activities of the company
• Prepares annual Operating and Capital Budget for management consideration
• Ensures that all company’s assets are safe and guarded
• Coordinating the pursuit of mature retention and outstanding payment on contracts

Relationship Management
• Liaise with external Auditing on final Account and company tax
• Liaise with the group offices’ financial controller

Status Reporting
• Regular preparation and review of daily transaction listings

Monitoring
• Monitors preparation of Financial/Management Account information
• Monitors, review accuracy and filing of payment vouchers and lodgement receipt/ tellers
• Monitors procurement and renewals of Performance/Advance Payment, Bond or Bank guarantees

Financial Accounts Standard Reports
• Monthly list of liabilities (Suppliers, Accounts, LPO)
• Monthly Payment / Summary according to Projects, departments and Management levels
• List of withholding tax deduction from suppliers
• Monthly summary of Pension deduction and remittances
• Monthly list of prepayments: Rent, Advance on LPO’s and Advance to Subcontractors.
• Monthly list of staff loans and advances
• Monthly analysis of I.O.U’s including reconciliation of Project site I.O.U’s Business Process
• Number of Assignments completely executed as against work plan

Stock Management

• Oversees the processes for reconciliation of waybill with products received
• Ensures proper arrangement of stock items for easy identification and retrieval

• Ensures collation and submission of monthly reports on stock position
