@yetunde it means TSR means teller service representative, i think pple re missing d mesg of success of passing d test 2gether wit d main interview, i did d test 17th of may den i was called for d interview 28th of may, dat was on monday and i was ask to com wit all my credentials including my birth certificate

So when will diamondbank call for peeps from BODIJA? @kollay are u still in the house?-@bugo cud u give the house an idea on exactly what the renumeration payable at diamond training school 2012.Also was any thing said about the procedures leading to confrimation of new staff in-take after trainin and how long this would take them....also we heard that the bank offers 80k for first six month, does dis period counts from first day of training or firSt day after training--we need responds please..thanks as u make this enquiry a prority.

Hello folks, any of u heard DB disengaged about 100 staffs (including a GM)? They also announced an INCREMENT in employee remuneration.
Any on interviewed on June 1st gotten any feedback?

Perhaps this 100 are those staff found on the lower performance scale after financial year ended in May-Its the tradition in frontline organisations to continually prune their work force to sustain excellence as a traditional - over to the reaseachers to affirm the pay increase.-I am not surprise to hear of pay increase cos I think it is long overdue-the last time this was done in DB was four years ago
