This position is located in the PC Office at HOME-TOUCH BUILDING Obanikoro Lagos
Note: this position is been filled on a full-time temporary basis, not to exceed September, 16th 2015.
CONTACT REPRESENTATIVE (SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE) contributes to the Company’s Mission through direct and indirect service to the public. In addition, contact representative obtain information in order to determine eligibility and entitlement to programs administered by Prosperite Concept and use STATE-OF-THE-ART technology to access and update information about claims for benefits and other PC service.

KEY REQUIREMENT
Must pass Meet-And-Deal panel Oral Assessment

DUTIES

Contact representative (service Representative) answer general and technical questions and provide information about PC management programs
Process social management card
Assist with the completion of forms research and analyze benefit payment with customers to obtain or clarify information


QUALIFICATION
All qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of the announcement.
If you are using experience to qualify you must have

52 weeks of full-time work experience performing all or most of the following task
Applying laws, rules, or regulations and written guidelines
Communicating orally to provide information, assistance, or instruction to member of the general public
Performing administrate and clerical process using a computer to reconcile discrepancies


EDUCATION
If you are qualifying for this position based on completed education at an accredited Nigerian, University, Polytechnic, College of educational institution you must provide a copy of your result or other proof of education
