Our Client in the automotive industry seeks to recruit the following a Customer Service Manager and Internal Control Manager in their Lagos branch.


  • Improving customer service procedures, policies and standards for the department and company
  • Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to them on a steady basis
  • Implement an effective customer loyalty program
  • Understand customer’s needs and expectations
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build strong, long term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Communicate with customers on a regular basis and respond to specific queries
  • Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet customers’ needs
  • Act as the liaison between key customers and internal team

  • Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use

  • Training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service
  • Perform any related tasks as assigned and work closely with other departments


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in Customer Service, with at least 3 years in managerial role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and customer service software
  • Master’s Degree will be an added advantage with a profession certification
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Efficiency and organizational Skills
