JOB TITLE: CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER
Our Client in the automotive industry seeks to recruit the following a Customer Service Manager and Internal Control Manager in their Lagos branch.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Improving customer service procedures, policies and standards for the department and company
- Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to them on a steady basis
- Implement an effective customer loyalty program
- Understand customer’s needs and expectations
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build strong, long term relationships with new and existing customers
- Communicate with customers on a regular basis and respond to specific queries
- Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet customers’ needs
- Act as the liaison between key customers and internal team
- Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use
- Training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service
- Perform any related tasks as assigned and work closely with other departments
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in Customer Service, with at least 3 years in managerial role
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and customer service software
- Master’s Degree will be an added advantage with a profession certification
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Efficiency and organizational Skills
