Job Description:
In keeping to our expansion and breaking new frontiers agenda, we currently seek to hire Business Development Officers with the responsibility for identifying new business opportunities and business partners in order to generate new income, expand our reach and coverage through research, networking, arranging appointments and putting together presentations aimed at attracting either clients or investors.
The Business Development Officers will also be responsible for training sales teams and setting targets.

PAYROLL ADMINISTRATORS
As part of the need to expand our staff capacity, TLIS is currently seeking to recruit Payroll Administrators.
Required Qualifications:


•Associate Degree in Business Administration/Finance required, Accounting Degree preferred
•One plus years in a Payroll Office performing all payroll functions;
•Excellent skills using MS Word, Excel, Access, and Internet Explorer
•Strong skills using and understanding the flow of transactions in an integrated and automated payroll accounting system
•Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
•Excellent problem solving/judgment skills, and high level of attention to detail and accuracy
•Strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure
•Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines
Description:

•Responsible for the preparation and processing of biweekly payroll for over 200 employees; review and ensure accuracy of approved timesheets; track and deduct all garnishments and other special payroll deductions
•Responsible for the coordination efforts between payroll, human resources, budget and other departments to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data (including preparation/distribution of detailed reports, e.g. labor" home" work, overtime, leave balances, head count, and retirement contribution reports)
•Handle the administration of the electronic timekeeping system. Setup each employee, valid programs for each employee's charges, and adherence to FLSA; monitor submissions of approved timesheets, ensure valid data transfers to/from payroll service.
•Establish/maintain employee records; ensure that employee changes are entered correctly and made on a timely basis; review changes for proper authorization and adherence to APA policy including compliance with federal/state/local regulations
ACCOUNTANTS

Responsibilities
•Raising of final invoices
•Printing of customer’s statement
•Processing of credit note on refund applications
•Attending to refund customer’s complaints and problems
•Assists to recover company’s debts
•Carry out monthly reconciliation of customer’s account
•Demurrage account liability, account reconciliation

Qualifications and Experience

•BSC in accounting/business admin but not limited to.
•At least a year in similar position with a consulting firm
•Good knowledge in controlling the accounting of several projects (by cost center), reconciling suppliers, banks, cashes, accruals, NPF, Paye Tax, employees’ accounts…
•Strong personality to lead a team of six junior accountants
