Our Client; a Leading Bank in Nigeria is looking to fill the Following Role: Customer Experience Analyst.


Responsibilities: Promote Warm Reception to Customers; Take all Complaints or Inquiries and treat as appropriate; Provide Weekly Report of Customer Complaints; Assist in Implementation of Tactics to close gaps.


Qualification and Experience: Minimum of First Degree in any Relevant Discipline; Certified Customer Experience Professional.
1 - 2 Working Experience in Customer Service.
