MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
He or she shall first understand how the company operates and its transactions and attend to clients, attend to the less challenging problems and refer complicated cases to the appropriate administrative officer responsible. It will also be the responsibility of the CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER to always advise management on the various problems encountered by clients as well as their various complains and suggest solutions.



GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate vying for this position is expected to possess empathy, a sound and bright mind, a keen sense of discretion and the ability to communicate fluently with client.
All qualified applicants seeking for this position are expected to possess a minimum of First Degree / HND in any course. This job is open to Lagos residents only
