WORK BRIEF
> Oversee the preparation and revision of contracts that involve the purchase of sale of goods and services.
> Handle the acquisition, distribution, and store of equipment and supplies.
> Oversee proposal planning and administration of contracts.
> Negotiate terms and conditions.
> Prepare contract briefs and revisions summarizing contractual requirements and budgets.
> Maintain detailed and organized files.
> Prepare contract change notices, monitor contractor performance, including the reporting and status of contractor and owner deliverables.
> Maintain an audit file for each contract which will include original contract, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, payment schedules.
> Prepare and disseminate information to appropriate employees regarding contract status, facilitate contractor meetings.
> Perform closing activities as needed.
> Track payments and deadlines.
> Provide contract summaries and ensure contract execution in accordance with company policy.
> Work with different levels of personnel within an organization to analyze and solidify an overall contract strategy
> Create language standards and rules for existing and new contracts
> Directs activities concerned with contracts for purchase or sale of equipment, materials, products, or services: Examines performance requirements, delivery schedules, and estimates of costs of material, equipment, and production to ensure completeness and accuracy
> Requests or approves amendments to or extensions of contracts.
> May act as liaison between company and subcontractors.
> May compile data for preparing estimates.
QUALIFICATION
> Minimum of OND/HND
> Must have team spirit
> Previous working experience required
