Job Title: Project Manager (Roads & Infrastructure)

Job Location: Nigeria

Job description:

• The Project Manager will lead teams to construct roads, drainages, electrical power supply and distribution, street lighting, bore holes, water treatment plant, water storage and reticulation, sewerage network and sewage treatment pant for large estates. He will manage several subcontractors to deliver their various aspects of the project on time, budget and to specifications.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc/B.Eng or HND in Civil Engineering and be COREN registered with at least 15 years post qualification experience in consulting and construction. Five of which must have been at Site Manager or Project Manager level. Post graduate qualification in Project Management will be an added advantage.

Job Title: Site Engineers (Roads and Infrastructure/Building)


Job description:

• The Site Engineers report to the Project Manager. Candidates should be able to supervise artisans and foremen to produce the various deliveragles to specifications. Should be conversant with the relevant construction methodologies and have the ability to organize and motivate site workers.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc/B.Eng or HND in Civil Engineering or Building with at elast 5 years hands-on experience in a well structured construction environment and be COREN or CORBON registered.

Job Title: Project Manager (Buildings)


Job description:

• The Project Manager will lead teams to complete building projects which include a 100 room 5 star hotel and a multiple buildings campus in the South East. Able to plan, organize and supervise the completion of all aspects of the building works including services using own teams and subcontractors

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc/B.Eng or HND in Civil Engineering or Building with at least 15 years relevant experience and be COREN or CORBON registered. Five of which must have been at Site Manager or Project Manager level. Post graduate qualification in Project Management will be an advantage.
