MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Operate the assigned Tell sell route and up-sell to customers by recognizing opportunities.
- Assist sales team in their sale orders and deliveries.
- Attend all inbound requests and feedback efficiently; resolve problems by clarifying issues and providing appropriate solutions.
- Escalating unresolved problems to the concerned department and conduct proper follow ups to get them solved.
- Maintain logs of complaints and publish reports.
- Fulfill requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
- Maintain accurate customer database
- Provide happy calls to the outlets to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
- Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
- Establishes policies by entering client information; confirming pricing.
- Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
- Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
- Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.

- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of OND degree
- knowledge of administration and clerical processes
- Some experience in a call center or customer service environment
