i got it too...i did it immediately..its just a personality test, no correct or wrong answers, just say the truth as it applies to you but remember, you must be CONSISTENT...its a 128questions personality test, examining your attitude to work, whether or not you take risk(reasonable or unreasonable)..whether u like to plans things ahead or impromptu...how sociable you are...and all that...ALL DA BESTEST
