Our client a high end player in FCMG, is currently looking to recruit a Business Development Executive that can drive the business towards achieving the bottom line.


Job Description:



  • Locates potential business deals by contacting potential customers; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Responsible for engaging and winning over new and existing clients, develop pipelines of opportunities, and negotiating customer needs.
  • Responsible for expanding the company's information channels and expanding the market share of company’s products on various platforms;
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts;
  • Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
    Work both directly with clients and with partner vendors on business opportunities.
  • Achievement of monthly / quarterly / annual new business targets.
  • Meet with clients to qualify engagements and gain commitment
  • Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
  • Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years sales experience
  • Professional, resourceful, with outstanding research skills
  • Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behaviour
  • Proven business sales achievement and must be internet savvy
  • Target driven and a goal getter
  • Strong communication skills (Written and Verbal)
