Our Client a fast growing and renowned international bank in Nigeria is looking for individuals who have the skills, experience and capacity to execute and manage the roles below. These are contract positions for a period of 6-8 months which may be subject to renewal based on performance. Banking experience would be an added advantage but the professional ability is more desirable.

Position1
Level: Middle Manager
§ Managing the planning (budgeting and forecasting) and the
performance management process in the bank.
§ Facilitating strategic planning through preparation of financial
forecasts based on the banks business strategy
§ Overall management, co-ordination and preparation of the annual
budget and periodic revised estimates.
§ Design and implementation of performance management processes and systems.
§ Performance management through analysis, review and preparation of periodic financial reports
§ Providing the banks leadership management information to support decision making


Position 2
Level: Junior Manager
§ Preparation and maintenance of the banks regulatory reports
§ Ensuring that all external reporting requirements are timeously met, including preparation of monthly and quarterly accounts, Group Accounts, quarterly press releases and Statutory Annual Financial Statements in accordance with GAAP, IFRS and SEC requirements where applicable.
§ Ensuring compliance with CBN and SARB reporting regulations
§ Ensure timeous submission of all regulatory reports (CBN and SARB)
§ Facilitate internal/external regulatory audit and CBN examination process by providing information required.


Position 3
Level: Middle Manager
§ Managing the planning and the performance management process in Personal and Business Banking (PBB)
§ Facilitating strategic planning through preparation of financial
forecasts based on PBB’s business strategy
§ Overall management, co-ordination and preparation of the annual
budget and periodic revised estimates.
§ Performance management through analysis, review and preparation of periodic financial reports
§ Providing personal and business banking (PBB) leadership management information to support decision making.
§ The role will include the establishment and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for the PBB business unit and the monitoring of product, customer and BU profitability
§ The prime customer of the incumbent is the PBB EXCO to whom a full financial management service will be provided
