the Candidate


· finds and recruits new Agents as appropriate to refer potential clients to Visual ICT for the provision of TagPay Services.
· Manages and trains Agents in proper use of TagPay services.
· Works with Sales Engineer to train and support Agent inquiries.
· Works with existing Agents to ensure on-going productivity in the provision of quality leads.
· Follows up on Visual ICT AE's who are assigned leads to ensure prompt and proper follow up and reporting.
· Creates and maintains reports for proper commission payments to Agents.
· Achieves monthly quotas, assures quality of referrals and implementations.

The Candidate will
· sell TagPay products to existing/new commercial business customers based on assigned revenue targets.
· Renew, retain, and up-sell existing commercial business customers.
· Understand communication needs of business customers to determine appropriate solution.
· Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
· Sell within the product pricing and campaign structure authorized.
· Work with support personnel to determine appropriate solutions where necessary.
· Serve as main point of contact with customer ensuring customer satisfaction through the entire sales cycle.
· Remain current on technical information regarding Visual ICT's products and services as well as the competitive landscape.
· Maintain consultative sales and negotiation skills through ongoing training and development.
· Enter sales opportunities into sales database.
· Forward ROI assessments to appropriate manager when required.
· Provide regular updates to direct supervisor, stakeholders, and others as needed, including requested reports.
· Deliver sales presentations to customers and prospects.
· Interact with Sales Managers and Sales Director with regard to account forecasting.
· Work with Enterprise Legal & Regulatory to alter contracts as necessary.
· (May) respond to requests for Proposals and Requests for Information in a timely manner.
· (May) act as a liaison between customer and Visual ICT departments as it pertains to the pre and post sales cycle.
· Work with Sales Director to manage the system's channel portfolio effectively.

Training / Experience
· A University degree in Arts or Social Sciences is degree required;
Generally 2-5 years of related experience.
