JOB DESCRIPTION

1. ADMINISTRATIVE / PERSONNEL OFFICER
• Basic functions of the Position:
The position is responsible for the management of all administrative functions at the factory including general services, human resource matters and running day-to-day of the factory. The incumbent is the focal point for liaison with all sections in the factory.
• Major Duties and Responsibilities:
(a). Administrative Management
◘ Overseeing the general administration and management of the factory in areas of;
- managing of a clean working environment
- managing and promoting safety of the factory and ensuring all devices and gadgets are functional.
- coordinating the delivery and receipt of materials in/out of the factory.
(b). General Services
◘ Supervising and coordinating the activities of drivers in areas of repairs and maintenance of company’s vehicles and equipment.
◘ Ensuring the vehicles particulars are renewed as at when due with the appropriate Government agencies.
(c). Human Resources
◘ Ensuring all applicable personnel guidelines or regulations are carried out and compliance by all staff.
◘ Handling Human Resource matters such as placement (factory workers), leave, medical, loan etc with
due consultation with the appropriate authority.
Others:
- Preparation of yearly budget on machinery /equipment, vehicles as well as utilities
- Generating monthly report to the Managing Director on the activity in the factory.
