- Running office administration
- Liaison with clients, trustees and suppliers
Finance responsibilities:
- Processing of suppliers invoices payments
- Cash book entries into Sage Banking
- Stock entries
- Customers' Monthly statements
- Monthly/quarterly accounts
- Preparation of final accounts
- Consolidation of accounts
- Prepare for audit
- Budget monitoring
- Cash flow monitoring
- Petty cash control
- Expense claims
- Credit
- VAT
Requirements/Skills:
- Experience of Sage accounts software
- Experience of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Maintaining and organising effective electronic and manual filing systems
- Excellent organisational skills, including ability to manage own time and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Minimum of B.Sc.
- Good corporate accounting experience, good network and knowledge of e-commerce in the Nigerian beauty sector
- Must be resident in Lagos or willing to relocate to Lagos
- Minimum Qualification HND
- Experience 2 - 5 years
