Responsibilities:
Assist to prepare recurrent and capital expenditure for each expenditure type
Maintain appropriate records of actual recurrent expenditure and prepare periodic analysis
Daily raising of vouchers and posting of transactions on the Peachtree Accounting system
Prepare and update the various Tax Schedules (VAT, PAYE,WHT), liaise with Tax consultant for remittance and receipts, and processing of staff Tax clearance certificates
Assist to prepare monthly income statement
Assist to prepare monthly income statement
The right candidate must have good knowledge of Microsoft office and Most Importantly Peachtree Accounting Software
Editing and Proof reading ability
Good command of English both oral and written
Qualification:
The right candidate should have either an HND or B.Sc in Accounting or Finance
Any professional qualification will be an added advantage..ACA, ICAN e.t.c
with at least 2 years working experience
