This is the 3rd week and access bank is yet to call for first stage of interview, wats really going on?

After 1month notin has been heard 4rm access bank. I wonder why a company like access bank will take so long in calling successful candidates 4 interview. Or have they taken the people they needed? This is so not cool

forget them and move on. From the info i got, they don't want BSc because they can't pay. They recruit ND and HND holders to open accounts for them.

@lmao, dats soo not tru...access bank are amongst d top payin banks in Nigeria..d last i heard, dey pay around 170k..higher dan zeniths n most banks.
For dos waitin, i will just say u should relax...dey will definately call u guys. Sometimes delays like dis could be as a result of peeps already in deir trainnin sch or probs bcos dey places to put u guys r nt available yet or probs bcos dey r awaitin openin of new branches..i could go on n on bt d truth is dat just relax ursefs n also continue to apply for oda vacancies... Hope dis helps.

do banks stil pay upto 170k?

@musco4me..sure banks do pay wel dependin if u were recruited n traaind by em. Take for instance, diamond bank pay around 159k, gtb pay around 200k, zenith pay 1.78million annually which is suppose to b 148k bt for d first year, dey pay 108k dats witout upfront, UBA pay around 110k..could go on n on...d point is dat banks do pay well and u will also b entitled to get loans fro em too which dey wil require u to pay bit by bit.

Access don't recruit ND and HND directly. They recrruit them through ICSL, which i am very sure such recruitment is on.

I didn't mean they don't pay their staff well. What I mean't is that, from the info i got they don't want to spend much on recruiting BSc grads. They want cheap labour. People who can open accounts for them. Ask any Access staff of their recent target. They start given target during the interview stage. 30 accounts wit a minimum of 50k on each account in one week. I have been there, so i knw what i am talking.
