JOB TITLE

IBM Websphere Lombardi Software Engineer

JOB LOCATION
Abuja

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Install, configure and manage an IBM WebSphere Lombardi Edition environment.
· Define and manage user authorization and authentication for Lombardi.
· Understand the key considerations for integration with external user. directories and security subsystems.
· Monitor Lombardi process execution and perform basic performance tuning.
· Develop, and maintain user manuals and guidelines and train end users.
· Use the WebSphere Business Modeler tool to model business processes.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • BSc. Computer Science, Engineering or related qualification, with a minimum of Second Class Upper division from a reputable university

COMPETENCIES
· Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
· Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
· Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Adept at conducting research into software-related issues and products.
· Strong written and oral communication skills.


YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
0-2 Years

CERTIFICATIONS
· Linux Certification either Redhat Certified Engineer/ Linux Professional Institute Certification.
· Certification in Sun Java (SCJA).


JOB TITLE
Project Administrator

JOB LOCATION
Abuja

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Monitor projects and liaise with project manager to ensure quality delivery and control throughout project life cycle.
· Effectively communicate project expectations to stakeholders.
· Liaise with clients, project manager and stakeholders to ensure clients’ satisfaction.
· Supervise all projects of the firm and ensure compliance with project implementation policy.
· Track project milestones and deliverables in order to deliver projects according to plan.
· Visit project sites, and liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
· Generate and communicate project report to all stakeholders and ensure documentation of all project activities for future references.
· Generate weekly project report and circulate to project team members.
· Ensure all projects are appropriately closed.
· Investigate issues on projects and make assessments and recommendation where necessary


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· A bachelor degree from a reputable university with a minimum of Second Class Upper division.
· Minimum of 2 years working experience.

COMPETENCIES
· Understanding of Project management methodology.
· Proficient with the use of Microsoft office productivity tools (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and MS Project).
· Good communication skill both written and oral.
· Ability to work in a very busy work environment and with minimal supervision.
