@ blackadam pls help me. i av unblocked my zain EG162 Modem but itz only connecting if zain or Etisalat sim is inserted, it accepts Glo and Mtn sim but itz not connectin, pls help me my

Find out if both networks r ok at ur area. Check ur profile configurations. For MTN, dynamic will do. For Glo, d sim has to be activated, a well configured profile(gloflat etc) and there has to be money or bundle plan on it for it to connect.

i insert zain sim into the mtn modem but is not seen it at all no response i have the code but no response to input the unlocking code, pls advice bro.

@adsunfix Try etisalat, it is to request for d code on d modem's interface. If it does not, dat means d ten chances of unlocking d modem has been exhausted.

Unlock Code : 49048015 @Ojovictor, put an mtn sim into ur modem. Plug and play. It will request for a code. Enter d code and wait for a few seconds.

@Ojovictor, don't mention, it is nothing. You can use the modem for Glo and Etisalat also. Glo is very good but complex when it comes to configuration. You should call their customer care to know how to go abt it. Etisalat has not upgraded to 3g or 3.5g. I use only MTN and Zain to browse. MTN, Zain and Etisalat are simple to use. A profile that is set to dynamic will work for all three. If u want to enjoy them all then you should learn how to get their data bundles or plans. God bless you too.
