JOB PROFILE

a. Responsible for building a best-in-class marketing function to ensure maximization of future growth potential for the Company’s business. Ensures that marketing becomes a key driver of business strategy over the long-term by leading
b. Implementing all marketing tools and techniques that ensure the translation and implementation of marketing strategy plan align with business strategic plan and make sure of developing , formulating and implementing, control and evaluate marketing plan that sound smart of applicable to the company
c. Managing day – to day tasks and activities of marketing activities including and not limited to:
? Marcom activities and integrated marketing communication plan , agency and brief of agency about marcom plan – create and implement Marcom roadmap with budget and clear task and responsibilities allocation
? Marketing research , marketing intelligent and retail distribution audit activities with the very clear and well defined marketing research road-map – create and implement Marcom roadmap with budget and clear task and responsibilities allocation
? Follow up of customer value proposition and continues value proposition – coordinating with product and service with looping and involving of other relevant department and stakeholders – make sure all these activities are supporting with defined and structured business case and business simulation to ensure revenue growth and profitability aspects
? Follow up with product and service the P&S life cycle management from concept development and service assurance , portfolio context in innovative way to create competitive edge to the company
? Submitting continuously and required report at minimum level to management , group and different stakeholders within the company cope with organizational reporting structure



Main duties & responsibilities:

1. Responsible from managing the marketing function and workout to accomplished tasks allocated by CCO within time framework and required quality of accomplishment
Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives
2 Develops marketing, organizational and operational strategies; oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions
3 Continuously assessing the marketplace “ Macro and Micro Level “ and create or identifying marketing opportunities in the marketplace through relevant marketing segmentation , target market and product and service positioning strategies that increase sales revenue and market share
4 Evaluates and recommends distribution channel development programs. Works with customer service operations to increase customer satisfaction, maintain or grow current customer revenue, and enhance the reputation of the Company
Identifies and implements strategic partnerships and promotional alliances that can increase cost-effectiveness and provide growth in the organization
5 Oversees the establishment and maintenance of a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials and events
6 Closely and at details level assessing competitive market situation and competitors activities new offers , weakness and strengths , threats and opportunities , strategies , marketing objectives and build an aggressive plan and proposal to copy on fast way to the change in the competitive market landscape
7 Support Sales and distribution in achieving agreed target of sales within the scope of overall business forecasting and Marketing Roadmap – that support the sales and distribution team to reflect our unique sales points to the target customers
8 Establishes and maintains strong business relationships with key decision makers within the customer base
9 Participates in the executive management team; provides leadership regarding the development and provision of new products and services. Ensures alignment of all marketing and sales activities with strategic direction and profitability goals of the Company
11 Playing the focal roles in prompting and implementing of internal marketing activities and concepts
12 Responsibilities encompass a breadth of key technical competencies and require mastery and solid experience in executing against a broad range of business requirements in the operational level and operational team
13 Define and follow the department’s Key Performance Indicators

E. Knowledge, experience & competencies

Formal education required:

Minimum of 1st Degree in Business Admin, Marketing or any other related discipline



Related professional training, certification or membership: Mandatory NIM
Preferred Worked or working in telecommunication or telecommunication infrastructure businesses support to telecommunication sector – with technical within position of marketing manager



Years & field of experience required: Minimum of 4 years of experience in the marketing industry.
