• Good University degree
• Candidates must have completed the NYSC programme
• Young, smart end intelligent male and female graduates who are not more than 30 years of age
• Should posses good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good territorial knowledge, ability to understand and speak the local language of the slate of Interest
• Should be computer literate
• Highly resourceful person

hz anyone tried sending application...sent mine it failed and told me the e-mail addie doesnt exist..
Any one with such experience? or am i OYO?
Try sending it by the wee hours of the morning or late into the night. Sent mine and it went. Twld only bounce back if their box is full or they've gotten the number of applications they want. (lot of people applying too, u know).
Just have faith n keep re-sending, hopefully it will go.
